How are the products shipped?
All products purchased on mondokids.it are shipped from Italy via the main national couriers specializing in door-to-door service. The courier typically delivers between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, to the street level.
Your order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered by the best available couriers on the market. Once the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The carrier, once the order reaches the Hub nearest the delivery address, will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery date and time. Small items will be shipped with tracking provided via email only.
In the event of the recipient's absence, the courier will leave a notice to certify the delivery attempt. The notice will include the courier’s contact details so you can arrange a second delivery attempt or find the nearest branch. If you do not contact the courier within three days of the first delivery attempt, the package will remain with the courier for 30 days.
If the package is not collected during this holding period, it will be returned to Mondo Kids, and the contract will be considered terminated. Mondo Kids will refund the customer, minus delivery charges for the unsuccessful delivery, storage fees, and return shipping costs.
What are the shipping times?
We promptly deliver all products purchased through fast and efficient couriers. You can find the estimated delivery time on the product description page on our website (www.mondokids.it) and in your order confirmation.
However, during holiday periods or for deliveries to larger or smaller islands, there may be slight delays beyond the indicated timeframe.
Who pays for the shipping costs?
Shipping is mostly free, except for international orders, large quantities, or for customers requesting delivery to the floor with assembly.
How can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?
Customers must notify Mondo Kids within 3 working days from the order date via email (info@mondokids.it) to request the cancellation. If this rule is not followed, a penalty of 20% of the order value will apply.
What should be done upon delivery of the products?
All products purchased via mondokids.it are insured, so when receiving the goods, you must follow these instructions:
If the number of packages does not match the number indicated, accept the delivery "with reservation" and contact mondokids.it within 48 hours of receiving the goods using the contact details provided in the Contact section.
If the correct number of packages is received but some boxes are damaged, accept the delivery "with reservation" and contact mondokids.it within 48 hours via the contact details provided in the Contact section.
If the correct number of packages and undamaged boxes are received, you may accept the delivery without reservation. Once the delivery is accepted, it is important to open all boxes to check that the goods have not been damaged inside. This should be done within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
If the goods inside the boxes are damaged due to transport, you must contact mondokids.it within 48 hours of receiving the goods using the contact details in the Contact section.
Keep the boxes used for packaging the products intact (they may be needed to exercise your right of withdrawal).
Important!
In case of package damage, in addition to signing "with reservation" in the presence of the courier, you must email photos of the damaged box while still sealed to avoid unpleasant issues.
Without reservation, no compensation can be given, as per the applicable regulations. Without the photo, the insurance will not cover the damage, and thus we cannot proceed with a refund.

Is it possible to contest product damage after 48 hours of receipt?
No, the insurance coverage for the products requires that transport damage be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Any defects in the product not caused by transport can still be contested within the legal time frame.
Why is it important to check the condition of the goods within 48 hours of receipt?
Because if any breakages or damages are reported after 48 hours, these may be attributed to the final buyer, who may not receive a refund for the purchase.
Are deliveries made to the floor?
Standard shipping is curbside with prior phone notice from the courier to arrange the delivery time. We remind you that with all standard deliveries, couriers are not required to deliver to the floor and will only deliver to the street level outside the home, even for bulky items.

Can I pick up the product at a showroom?
You can pick up the goods directly from our showroom, except for bulky orders.
What happens if the customer is not at home when delivery is scheduled?
The goods will stay with the carrier's warehouse for 3 working days. After this period, the items will be returned to the sender, and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
