Right of Withdrawal

Can I return the products I purchased?
Yes. All products purchased through mondokids.it can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, with the exception of products damaged by detergents/additives, already assembled products, or products damaged by the customer due to carelessness.

How can I return what I purchased?
To return an item, you must notify us via email at info@mondokids.it. The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer who decides to return the purchased item.

How should the products to be returned be packaged?
Products should be packed using the same boxes they were shipped in. If the boxes are damaged or torn in a way that could compromise the proper packaging of the products, it is possible to use the buyer's own boxes, following all the necessary precautions for correct packaging.

How is the Right of Withdrawal regulated?

The management of the Right of Withdrawal is clearly and fully outlined in the Right of Withdrawal section. Internet sales contracts are subject to the legal framework governing mail-order and/or telephone sales (Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code). The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal through the relevant procedure.

Therefore, if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, they have the right to a refund for the product itself. The refund refers exclusively to the product price. Shipping costs for the return to the sender are the responsibility of the customer. Only if the goods are originally defective, will the shipping costs be covered by the selling company Mondo Kids.

N.B: For custom tables, armchairs, sofas, and all items personalized upon the customer’s request, they cannot be returned for free if the customer dislikes them or has chosen the wrong size. A 20% fee will be retained from the sale price, plus return collection charges. Additionally, Mondo Kids reserves the right to verify the returned goods before issuing a refund. If the product has already been delivered, the customer must return it to Mondo Kids.

To do this: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can choose to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or wish to exchange it for a different one, the return will be at your expense, and you will need to place a new order. The items you intend to return must be in their original condition, properly packed, and sealed. For shipping, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order.

If this is not possible, use a protective box that is equally secure. In the case of a non-conforming or defective product, you can exchange it for the same item or request a refund. Contact our Customer Service by emailing info@mondokids.it within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. We will arrange a pickup with our courier and provide you with all necessary instructions. In this case, Mondo Kids will refund the cost of the item and cover the shipping expenses.

Whether it's a voluntary return or a return for defect or non-conformity, remember to include a copy of the delivery note in the package, which will be sent to you via email by our Customer Service. You must highlight the returned products and the reason for the return.

Returning one or more products will result in a full refund of the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping fees to our warehouse. Only in the case of a defective or non-conforming product will Mondo Kids cover all shipping costs. The refund will be processed via a credit to the payment method used at the time of purchase. We will proceed with the refund once the arrival of the package at our warehouse is confirmed.
ATTENTION: Products damaged by detergents/additives, already assembled products, or products damaged by the customer due to carelessness will not be replaced or refunded. The risks of transport for returning the products are entirely at the customer’s expense.
